Kristina Ramsey as Helene Desormeau
Kristina Ramsey, a native Texan, has
been working as a professional actress
in the Houston
area since graduating
from the University of Houston,
School of Theatre with a Bachelor of
Arts.
Her theatre performances include
The Misanthrope, The Last Night of
Ballyhoo, Julius Caesar,
and Romeo
and Juliet. She also spent two seasons
at a Houston theatre for youth. In the
summer of
2000, she had the privilege
of training and performing at The
Berkshire Theatre Festival in
Stockbridge, Massachusetts where she
appeared in The Einstein Project.
Kristina became a Christian during her
college years. Soon after, she helped
form Inky Pete Productions, Sagemont
Church‘s Youth Drama Ministry. As a
leader of "Inky Pete," she co-authored
several one-act plays including “The
Reign Cycle,” “The Branches,” and
“The Oath.” After the founding of
Aletheia Stage & Film Co., she made
her film debut as Ms. Human in their
award-winning film Washington's Cross.
Kristina married Richard Ramsey in
2002, and the couple had their first
child, Sadie Anne Ramsey,
in October
of 2004.
